Reactivate Your Subscription

Turn a scheduled cancellation back on, or start a plan again after it has ended. Only the organization owner can do this. Open Subscription in the left sidebar and select the organization first if you belong to more than one.

Use this page to reactivate my subscription, undo a cancel, resubscribe, or keep the current plan.

While a cancellation is scheduled

The subscription status shows Cancellation scheduled and the end date. The plan button on the card says REACTIVATE.

  1. Click REACTIVATE.
  2. In Continue your subscription, click Reactivate to keep the current plan. Or click View other plans to choose a different plan.
  3. In Reactivate subscription, click Reactivate. Click Go back if you want to stay on the previous screen.

You're done when…

Superinsight shows Your subscription has been reactivated. The plan continues and renews at the end of the current billing period.

After the subscription has ended

The plan button says RESUBSCRIBE.

  1. Click RESUBSCRIBE.
  2. Choose a plan and complete checkout.

When there is no plan yet

The plan button says SUBSCRIBE. Click it and choose a plan.

An active plan shows UPGRADE when you want a different credit tier. See Manage subscription.
