Change Your Name

Change the name shown on your Superinsight account from Settings. This updates your display name. It does not change your email or the mobile number you use to sign in.

Use this page when you want to change your name, update your display name, or correct the name on your account.

Steps

  1. Open Superinsight and click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Under Account Information, find Name.
  3. Replace the current name with the new one.
  4. Click Save.

You can also click outside the name field. Superinsight saves the name when you leave the field, if it has changed.

You're done when…

Superinsight shows Your Name has been updated.

If the name contains a character Superinsight does not accept, the field shows Contains invalid characters and lists them. Remove those characters, then click Save.
