Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel your Superinsight subscription from the Subscription page. Only the organization owner can cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that date, the account moves to the free plan and paid features end.

Use this page to cancel my subscription, stop billing, or end a plan.

Steps

  1. Open Superinsight and click Subscription in the left sidebar.
  2. If you belong to more than one organization, select the organization in the organization dropdown.
  3. On the subscription card, click the More options menu (the three-dot icon in the top-right of the card).
  4. Click Cancel subscription.
  5. Choose the main reason you are cancelling:
    • My project or work no longer needs it
    • Not using Superinsight enough
    • Too expensive
    • Missing features I need — include what feature is missing so we can add it for you!
    • Difficult to use — include waht feature was hard to use so we can fix it for you!
    • Quality or reliability issues
    • Switching to another product
    • Other — write at least 20 words
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Read the date your subscription stays active until, then click Cancel subscription.

You're done when…

Superinsight shows "Your cancellation is scheduled." The subscription status changes to Cancellation scheduled with that end date. Click Done to close the dialog.

To keep the plan, click Keep subscription before you confirm. After it is scheduled, the owner can reactivate the subscription before the end date.

If you are a member of the organization, ask the organization owner to cancel. The More options menu is shown to the owner.
