Change Your Email

Change the email on your Superinsight account from Settings. Superinsight emails a verification code to the new address. The new email is saved after you verify it.

Use this page when you want to change the email on your account, update your email address, or confirm a new email.

Steps

  1. Open Superinsight and click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Under Account Information, find Email.
  3. Click Change.
  4. Under New Email, enter the new email address.
  5. Click Send Code. Superinsight shows Email Verification has been sent, and the button changes to Sent.
  6. Open the new inbox and copy the verification code.
  7. Enter the code in Enter verification code.
  8. Click Verify.

You're done when…

Superinsight shows Your Email has been verified and returns to Account Information with the new email marked Verified.

The verification email did not arrive

  1. Check the spelling of the new address.
  2. Check the spam or junk folder for that inbox.
  3. Go back to Settings, open Change again, and click Send Code with the correct address.
